What You’ll Do
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Discover and research potential customers using a mix of outbound outreach, inbound inquiries, and digital tools.
- Initiate first contact through phone calls, email, and online engagement.
- Introduce prospects to operational and delivery-focused solutions that improve efficiency.
- Set up qualified conversations for account executives and meet weekly activity expectations.
- Use data, trends, and market indicators to determine which accounts to prioritize.
Sales Support & Collaboration
- Maintain detailed and accurate records within the CRM system.
- Assess whether prospects align with the company’s offerings and pass along viable opportunities.
- Communicate insights from customer interactions to help refine sales and marketing approaches.
- Work with marketing teams on outreach sequences, content ideas, and lead-nurturing efforts.
Skill Building & Professional Development
- Learn the company’s product line, target industries, operational workflows, and customer pain points.
- Participate in coaching, sales methodology training, and mentorship programs.
- Attend relevant trade events, conferences, and networking activities to grow industry knowledge.
Market Research
- Prepare updates on prospect activity, opportunity progression, and conversion trends.
- Conduct research to identify new industry segments, buyer profiles, and market patterns.
- Suggest tools or process changes that streamline day-to-day outreach or improve results.
What You Bring
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Clear communication skills and a willingness to initiate conversations with new contacts.
- Comfort with outreach—especially cold calls and early relationship building.
- Familiarity with CRM or sales-enablement platforms is helpful.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage goals in a remote environment.
- Ability to travel occasionally (up to 25%) for events, meetings, or team activities.
